Guaranteed Reservations : Reservations guaranteed by credit card will be honoured up to 11 p.m. on the day of arrival. For arrivals later than 11 p.m., the person making the reservation must confirm the hour of arrival with the hotel reservations service. If the client has not contacted the hotel by 11 p.m. to confirm his late arrival, the reservation will be cancelled (for the whole stay) and the first night will be billed to the client.

Unguaranteed Reservations : If a credit card has not been used to guarantee the reservation or if no deposit has been paid, the reservation is not guaranteed. Such unguaranteed reservations will be honoured up to 4 p.m. of the day of arrival, after which they will be cancelled if the client has not called to confirm his arrival and given his credit card number.

Group Reservations : Any reservation made by an organization is considered to be guaranteed by the organization. Cancellation of such group reservations must be received at least 48 hours before the specified arrival date/time. For any cancellation less than 48 hours before the specified arrival date/time, the first night of the reservation will be billed to the organization and, in the case of a reservation for several days, the balance of the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

These reservations are guaranteed until 11 p.m. on the day of arrival.
